While driving on highway with the sunroof closed, the sunroof glass shattered sending most of the glass out of the car, but some landed on the driver, passenger, and center armrest. There were no other vehicles within a mile of it. We were wearing sunglasses which protected our eyes. The cause was and still remains unknown.

The windshield cracked earlier this year and had to be replaced. The crack extended from the upper right to the drivers side.
