Takara recall. I do not feel that my car is not being taken care of in a timely manner. I was told today that it may take several months to get the part in to do the recall for the passenger airbag. Most the time there are small children in my car, and most the time a passenger in the passenger seat.

Takata recall. I just contacted the local subaru dealer and spoke with the national subaru customer service center. It will be 4 to 6 weeks for any dealer to replace the airbag because they do not have the part on hand. This is unacceptable. This is not correcting their problem in a timely manner. This demonstrates a complete lack of planning or caring about the public's safety.

I called the same day i received a recall notice for the passenger-side airbag for my car and my subaru dealership will not be able to fix this issue for over 5 months. Given the essential nature of this recall, this should not be something that we should have to live with for such a long time, subaru should be required to provide this service in a much timelier manner for life and death fixes like a severe airbag…

Cold rainy morning, i started the car for the first time with no one in the passenger seat. The airbag light came on and stayed on, the passenger seatbelt light is on and car is dinging like someone in the passenger seat is not wearing a seat belt. Does not turn off when seat belt is clipped. I take it to the dealership and they say it's a bad electrostatic capacitance sensor ods. The 'part' aka replacing the whole…

Takata recall. No failure as of this date. However, subaru is taking an unreasonable amount of time to repair the car. As you know, we cannot transport a passenger in the front seat rendering the car inoperable for the activities for which it was designed. Subaru may not be directly responsible for the takata product issue, but they need to be accountable for choosing takata for their cars.

Passenger airbag "not working" light came on. Took it to dealer where i purchased the vehicle, was informed that although 2012 subaru outbacks had been recalled in texas, they were not recalled in oklahoma due to lesser humidity conditions. Paid nearly $500 to have wires which had come unplugged under console plugged back together. This took around 7 hours to get accomplished. At least 1/2 of this time was shown as…

I received a notice from subaru that there is a recall on my passenger side front airbag and that i am not to have a passenger in the front until the part is available, which they say should be available by december 2017. I need to use this car to its full passenger capacity and feel that this is an unreasonable solution to this defect. Subaru should provide me with a replacement vehicle until they can fix my car.

Takata recall: letter of recall arrived 18 march 2017. Called subaru of kennesaw and first response was no parts and no info on possible time to receive and no alternative. Second call response was more specific as to no alternative and possible two months for parts. Much of my vehicle use involves passengers and i need some relief.
